What this does not include
Connection/setup assistance, not site completion. CMS bindings, fully working custom forms or automations, and bespoke feature implementation are not automatically included. Handoff questions do not mean unlimited ongoing assistance.

What this does not include
Not a from-scratch build or full redesign. Unlimited code repairs, store, restaurant, payment, and complex CRM functionality are not automatically included. A backend connection does not make the entire code-based site editable.
No ongoing WTI retainer required for either option.

Your existing site and code
Have a working site URL or preview, source-code repository or export, dependency/build instructions, and details of the current hosting and backend. Confirm your AI builder permits export and that you have rights to the code and content.
Your accounts, under your ownership
Prepare your own Wix account, current hosting access, and domain-registrar access where relevant. Keep ownership and billing with you. Invite collaborators using appropriate permissions; do not send passwords, API keys, or administrator secrets in an inquiry.
A small, agreed scope
Identify the basic backend capability for Connect, or the contact fields, CMS content/fields, and single automation for Launch. Bring your approved text and images and tell us what must remain unchanged.
Compatibility before commitment
We review the frontend, existing integrations, export restrictions, and launch needs before you commit. Wix-managed hosting supports compatible builds only; unchanged migration of every AI-builder project or third-party platform/backend is not promised. Any additional work or costs require your approval.

01Access & code checklist
Gather your preview URL, code/export location, build commands, dependency list, current backend details, and known issues. Keep a backup before work starts. Share the URL and goals in the inquiry; arrange code and account access securely after scope review.
02Ownership & account preparation
Use accounts owned by your business for Wix, source code, hosting, and domains. Confirm the account owner, billing contact, domain registrar, and who can approve changes. Grant only the collaborator permissions needed; administrator credentials belong on the server, never in public browser code.
03CMS, forms & automation responsibilities
You supply approved content, desired editable fields, contact-form fields, and the destination/purpose for the automation. We agree which configuration and checks WTI will deliver. CMS requires frontend bindings and permissions; forms require submission/contact mapping; automations require an agreed trigger and action. Connect does not automatically implement these. Launch includes only its defined CMS setup, one form, and one basic automation.
04Your handoff checklist
Review the agreed deliverables and verify account ownership, the connected capability, and any scoped editing/submission paths. Record where settings live, how to manage agreed content, who receives inquiries, and any known limitations or next steps. For Launch, review the domain/launch checks; for Connect, bring questions to the guided handoff. Keep project access information secure.

We will agree scope and fees before billable work begins. Future repairs, new features, and ongoing assistance are separate; no retainer is required for these two offers.
No. Both options work with an existing AI-built website. Connect provides basic connection and setup assistance; Launch helps prepare an eligible basic site for business. Your existing design stays within scope. For a done-for-you website, explore our separate website-design packages.
Can any AI-built site connect?
No. We review compatibility, source-code access or export, dependencies, current backend, and account access before you commit. Wix-managed hosting is for compatible builds; not every AI-builder project or third-party backend can migrate unchanged or without extra costs. Deliverables and any additional work are agreed before work begins.

Who pays Wix?
You pay Wix hosting and platform charges directly through your own account. Neither service requires an ongoing WTI retainer. Applicable platform requirements and costs are reviewed before committing; no Wix plan price is included in our one-time service fee.
What happens if repairs are required?
We identify issues during review and agree on the work before setup. Repairs beyond the agreed scope, custom development, migration work, and any extra costs need your approval and are billed separately. There is no promise to repair unlimited existing code within either fixed fee.
Can WTI help later?
Yes. Request help through our inquiry form with the site, issue, and desired outcome. We confirm scope and pricing for your approval before additional work. Guided handoff questions are included in Connect; ongoing assistance is not unlimited or automatically included.
